In ancient times the ideals of respect, honor, trust, and goodwill were the highest principles in a society until our moral behavior was affected through the creation of money, capitalism and globalization; because of this, today brash, unethical, even uneducated and ruthless people with great wealth can dominate sectors of our world often with very little honor or worth, but nonetheless are acknowledged through consensus based on wealth.
Inasmuch government has taken absolute control of society with regulatory laws which are mostly dominated through consensus and democracy over the civil order of the greater civilization. They have little to do with the most important things in our lives like the selection of our friends, where we go to college, who we decide to marry, what kind of job we do, or even where we live.
Despite the government's legal powers over much of civilization the original ideals that guide our society orderly and diversely are the human groups that flourish and abundantly define our conditions under common and natural legal principles. The ideals chivalry, merit, heritage, culture, fraternity, like-mindedness, morality, tradition, and order are admirable, notable and respectable formations that define our social spheres of lawful activities for a particular purpose or cause in life and history.
Collectively all of them are normally benign non-state civil societies and non-governmental institutions by nature; essentially meaning that they have no specific rights under law except those that they individually declare or possess already through common, international, or natural laws; unless they are incorporated under the law of a particular nation-state to surrender their freedoms as independent non-state entities at which time they become subject of the government.

Some of these societies are very well-know while others such as ours are new recognition based authorities representative to peoples and groups that are only today understanding the ideals of our civilization. Globcal International is involved in many of these efforts to develop new in roads and build bridges between the most humble and reverent sovereign people on the planet.
